Founder Ashoak Lakhaney spent more than 30 years working in hospitality across the UK and internationally before launching Techality. Having worked operationally in restaurants, hotels, contract catering and corporate dining, he brings an operator's perspective to technology strategy and delivery.
Techality supports clients with technology strategy, supplier selection, project delivery, networking, digital signage, omnichannel solutions and platform management.
The philosophy is simple: technology should make life easier for operators and improve the customer experience. If a solution won't stand up to the pressure of a busy service, it probably isn't the right solution.
